Michelle Napolitano

Michelle Napolitano has been a classroom teacher in Ohio since 1997. Her experiences include inner-city Columbus and currently works as a seventh grade teacher and as an instructor at Youngstown State University. Since 2010, Michelle has been a motivational speaker as well as a strategic planner for organizations. In 2013 she became a Board Certified Life and Career Coach. During coaching, Michelle finds passion in planning with a purpose. She helps clients explore their passions and plan out goals that will advance them or their company to the next level of fulfillment. Since her sessions focus on present circumstances and future aspirations of her client(s), Michelle equips her clients with tools and strategies necessary for momentum. Whether in small or large groups or in a one-on-one session, Michelle helps clients discover their GOLD within and move in the only direction she knows… forward.

Experience

- Her experience ranges from the inner city to an affluent community… from a first grade classroom to an auditorium at the university level. She has had the eager and at-risk (all in the same class), has faced budget cuts, shared a classroom due to being overcrowded, and taught her first year from an overhead cart in any space that was free for a class period.
